Default Springer owners........

...I am looking at a CVO Springer that has caught my eye (2009). Thinking about picking it or maybe a 2010 up if they still make the CVO in the Springer line next year. Would you buy it again? Likes/Dislikes? Comfortable for a long ride?

I've never been on a Springer before, so any thoughts would be welcome.

Default my fave

Picked up my 09 se springer last month, had V&H big radias installed, this is my 3rd harley and hands down the most fun to ride. light, nimble, and a real head turner. I only have 900mi on It and hav'ent done any long distance rides yet but as Im 49 years old and don't suffer cramping while on or getting off maybe thats an indicator of comfort. am putting out on a 400+mi run nxt weekend with it.

I own the 2007 FXSTSSE. I like it real well. I had the ostrich hide seat put on it by Rich’s Custom Seats. Had the stage one, if you can call it that, done. It has the 21 inch front tire. I put the Dunlop E3 on it to help with the wondering thing. It’s a blast to ride however it’s really not a long distance bike. I’ve taken a few trips with it such as the photo with the Strawberry Mountains in the background. It’s best for day rides and bar hopping. I have a couple others I ride for longer trips. Mines very low and I drag quite often when cornering.

I have a 98 heritage springer with an 89ci stroker kit. love it to death. fun to ride. turns heads. plus with the bags and 'touring' like ride it's great for long rides. I know it's a bit different bike than your considering but thought I would chime in any way. good luck.

I have a 96 and have to say it get's the most compliments out of the bikes I've had. This is my first Springer and I was surprised how nimble and nice a ride it has. The front end looks heavy but you'd never know it going down the road.

If I could get a SE 110 Springer and keep this one I'd be all over it!
