That's cool brother thanks. I only recently joined so I still have a lot to learn about this forum. I didn't sign in today just to make that comment or ask that question it seems anytime I google something HD related it takes me here and it's always helpful I usually find what I'm looking for. Todays task was to find out what the MSRP was for a '79 Lowrider when new. A couple guys said around 5g give or take. But hey man thanks for the heads up. Ride safe!

My riding buddies and I just left the pub and I'd like ya'lls help in settling a little argument. While doing some reminiscing one the boys says he remembers going into the dealer in 77 and trying on the 77 Low Rider. He proceeds to mention that MSRP was $3200-$3400. I said I doubt it .......... I shopped and bought a new black 79 OTD for $5200. He swears that's was the price in 77 for the Low Rider and I can't believe the price went up $2K in 2 years. If I'm not mistaken the MSRP on a 79 was $5495.
