Default What are these?

These two units were found sitting between the front head fins on a ' 71 FLH.
Anyone recognize them?

Spacers, for the instrument panel base. Are they different thickness?

Seems too thick for what I'm thinking of. As you found them on top of the head, that would be right below where they are supposed to reside. Someone may have removed base and they dropped. Look in a Harley parts catalog for 71029-68

Thanks guys , I see where they could go and looks like they lift the bottom of the instrument cluster in the rear. Yes/no

That's yes, many a bike those got lost.

Looks like under the speedo ahead of the choke. #'s 39,40,41. Seem right? I've dropped plenty, I think I always retrieved them though.
