It's been many years since I removed the turn signals from my FXWG. Now, I'm putting them back on. Can anyone remind me of the wire routing along the fender strut?
I know where to plug them in on the junction block.

IDK about your particular fender, but they usually go inside it, in a metal tray like area

Pretty sure the wire runs between the strut and the fender, and comes out near where the strut bolts to the frame. Then the junction block is right there mounted to the fender.
I haven't tried it yet, I'm sure it's simple.

Default Beltguard Support Arm

I want to remove the support arm for paint and to replace the rubber washers. Is there a trick or am I just drilling it out and replacing with a bolt?

Hi Shovhd, when i did mine i just drilled out the rivet & put a 1/4" bolt with an acorn nut to secure the support arm back on the belt guard again

Hi Every body Yes She's almost done ,the belt guard is at the Paint shop clear coat, had her on the Road for week now & got the first 100 miles on her , really glad to have this project complete , thanks to MrLexus, Shovhd, & FXDG-Randy, without your help it would not have turned out as well as it has !
