Default 1976, 74cid Close to Stock Engine Build

My 1976 FLH Service Manual does not make reference to 'line boring' or line boring tools during crankcase assembly. Is line boring absolutely necessary? This would seem to indicate not. I've heard of it done, in fact I think this one had last been built without it.
???
I finally found the Engine Specifications for endplays, clearances, and fastener torques etc.. It's in Section 3 'Engine' page 3-1.

medium Late real Harley shovels like you have uses a timkin main bearing on the left

the right side has an adjustable roller in size and is line honed to the right race in a real shop when the left has damage its replaced and fit honed to std size

again we are talking a real shop - will out the 300 due rags and under wear that cheerfully say F^^^ housework <<<<< a reference to Twinkie riders

I don't get some of what you are saying here. I will have to read it again when I get back inside and have some grub. It seems like a different language to me right now 🤯😃

Thanks. Those left and right bearing procedures will make more sense to me when I get things cleaned up and have my hands on it.

I don't know how many people would consider me a 'real' shop but I can do a lot of things without all the 'real' tools as long as I give it the time it deserves.

I'm sorry, I just can't decipher that last paragraph you sent, "... again we are talking a real shop - will out the 300 due rags and under wear that cheerfully say F^^^ housework <<<<< a reference to Twinkie riders"
I think it might be typos, spelling and no punctuation that is partly to blame. What the heck is a Twinkie rider? 😃
Help me out.

I am going to start by pulling the flywheel assembly apart. I will take lots of pictures, and mark everything well with paint pen or a punch as it comes apart.

I think I figured it out. A Twinkie is a Twin Cam? I found a thread on the Twin Cam. Now I know a bit about them. I have not kept up much on all the new motors since I took my shovel off the road in the early 1980s.
