just pull off the outer primary and get 2 9/16ths freezeplugs from napa... tap one into the outer primary from the inside and one into the inner primary,,, problem solved... forever..
I might have to try this. Is that what you did to yours? Anyone else do that? Sounds like a great Idea! Thanks
I had the same problem a few months back, mine was leaking on the back side as well. Fortunately it happened just as the bike was due for its last in warranty service so I let the dealer sort it out on his dime and time
Mine started leaking also. I pulled off the primary cover (de-blacked while off), replaced the tower gasket and put Silicone in both inner and outer holes incase the tower gasket ever failed again.
BTW, the leak just got slowly worse until I fixed it.

yes i did mine this way.... i carried the outer cover into napa and fit a freeze plug to it... 9/16ths tapped in nice and tight... the inner one slides in a little ways before it will seat... I believe the tube is slightly larger untill further in,, did mine this way 4 years ago, no problems since... without a shifter shaft running thru the tower that tower gasket will always be prone to slipping...

I just fixed my dyna the way you suggested. So far it is working great. I will put it to the true test in 2 days when I go to Sturgis! I will post some pics of the process later. Incase anyone ever wants to fix their dyna this way.

Mine went at 17k even with the shifter shaft, there's nothing to hold the tower gasket in place other than the sticky stuff they put on it, pretty poor design IMHO. Pic below has the old tower gasket on the left, the one on the right is the one the dealer sold me as the replacement but that's for another time and rant......
