I finished up my solo saddle bag project.

Mocking it up to see ho thick the bag will be.



Laying out what the flap will look like.



Finished up the front pockets.

Finished all the sewing. I stuffed it with some small pillows to see how big it will be when loaded up.



I added and extra strap over the top that attaches to the bottom of the bag for extra support when the bag is loaded up.

Here are some special features that I added

Hidden tool storage



Rain flap under the cover flap.



Nylon sinch bag to help keep the water out.



Since bag loosened up.

i love this bike, there was a bike with a similar paintjob at the dealership when I picked up my bike, think it was a slim s also, but i'm not 100% sure

I definitely agree about those ******* signals, that would look sweet!

Thanks. I'm going to be making a new tank bag next....that way all the fabric is the same shade of green. I have been thinking bout making a "gun scabbard" as well for the front fork too, as it would give me a place to store my flag when I do a patriot guard ride.
