Default Sportster voltage on ground

Have a 2006 1200 sportster , all instruments are lit, can't get no lites to work, none. Bike runs fine . When i ck with a test light I get the lite to test on with a positive lead from a tail or directional and the test light also comes on when i touch it to the black wire from the directionals also. I've unplugged all directionals and still no use also unplugged the headlight and tail lights and still no good, Replaced the TSSM still no good, unplugged the stator and regulator and still no workie. And yes all fuses are good, also checked the handlebar switches still zip. Ready to pull my hair out, any suggestions ???

Check the Lights fuse.

EDIT: Sorry, I just saw that you already did. I'll think about it and if I come up with anything, I'll post it here.
