I think he is more dedicated and goes to a gym. I have some resistance bands that I use at home. And he seems to be more concerned with his diet than I am. I feel better now than I have in a while and I stopped taking all the *&^%$#@ meds they wanted me to take for type 2 and high blood pressure. That **** was making me sick.
