I'm building my first bike, a 91 Sportster that I bought in boxes. I've gotten rid of everything except bare necessities, no speedo, no tach, turn signals, rear shocks, etc.etc. I got a top clamp for my breadstick handlebar that will accommodate a light bar for my indicator lights (I have to have to be able to ride on the street). Where can I get the light bar that'll fit? I don't want to use the old, bulky, light bar that came with Sportster. I'm looking for the aftermarket version, wired with lights already, low profile, clean looking. Can anybody help me? I can find the top clamp all over the place but I just need the lights
I'm not sure what you mean by light bar but if you are looking for a minimal set up with a 5 3/4" head light signal combo out front then this might work for you.
If you google "sportster indicator light bar images" you will get lots of images, if you see the one you want click on the image and most of the time you can follow the link to the website it came from.
For my cafe racer that I built I had a company called cognitomoto build this for me because I wanted to retain my gear indicators and clean up the top tree plate.
