I'm looking for real world opinions from anyone who's added an Advanblack ST faring to their 18+ softail (OR ROAD KING). I'm thinking of adding one to my Heritage Classic.
(ya-I know-purists think a HC should have a windshield-this thread is not for you)
-Has anyone had issues with the fairing cracking?
-Has anyone had issues with squeaking? If so, can you explain your experience?
-Are the windshield grommets REALLY that bad?
-Is it a game changer on the highway? What shield are you running? Any buffeting? Did the Moco REALLY design a perfect fairing?
-How was your experience with Advanblack? I only bought/interacted with Advanblack Black once and it was fine. How was YOUR experience with them pertaining to the ST fairing?
And finally. Anyone with photoshop experience willing to add a color matched fairing to this photo so I can get an idea of how it would look?
I saw one photo of someone over seas who added one. My thought is was that the fatter front forks look awesome with the ST fairing. one of my concerns is if the full front fender will look good or not. My gut is that it would look fantastic.
I wish @AdvanBlack would sponsor someone on Youtube to install one on a heritage so we can see the results.

The grommets suck, but they do work. Be careful installing because they rip on the sharp edges.
Made a big difference for me above 60mph. I kept the tinted windshield it came with.
Advanblack nailed the color match but you do have to wait a bit. I did lose a winglet from the screw coming loose. They replaced it at no charge and I added lockwahers to those screws. No problems since.
Notice how they retained the REAR portion of nacelle. That makes the install neater and lets you retain the guides for your clutch and front brake line. I'm willing to bet that if you trimmed the front of the nacelle, it would allow for clearance of the mount.
