Default stock air cleaner assembly mounting questions

I've got a Kuryakyn air cleaner on my 07 Ultra right now, and I absolutely HATE this filter assembly, so I bought a stock setup for my exact year and model. I went to install it, and realized two things. #1, I'm not positive how exactly the hardware is supposed to attach, and #2, I'm not sure precisely what I'm overlooking because the bolt holes in my throttle body don't line up after I removed all the parts from the aftermarket air cleaner housing.

There's really no changing my mind that I absolutely want this godawful housing off my bike, it sticks out in such a way that my leg rubs on it and it's just not comfortable. I can't get past that with the freaking shape of it, and therefore, it must go. I like stock for a lot of reasons, and can't really tell if there's supposed to be some sort of spacer or adapter plate between the throttle body and air cleaner housing, or exactly how this whole setup should work. I'm a little rusty on my touring bike knowledge here because it's been roughly a decade since I owned or professionally worked on anything that wasn't 4 or more wheeled.

Anyways, What am I missing, that needs to get installed for this whole thing to bolt up correctly?

The top picture shows everything you should have for the air cleaner except numbers 14+15. The bottom picture shows what your throttle body should look like. If there are more parts than that you may need to remove something
