Anyone running the larger 320mm front rotor? I am thinking of upgrading the front and rear brakes and came across several front brake rotor upgrades. TC bros makes a 12.6" (320mm) rotor kit.
I ordered the bracket to see if it will fit with the Wilwood caliper. Looks like it should. I need new rotors anyway so it's only $99 for the bracket to move to the larger rotor. I'm thinking of upgrading to a 4-piston rear brake as well. Couple all that with some floating rotors and new pads and I imagine the braking should be much improved.

I got the bracket and it fits up with the wilwood caliper, so I ordered the 320mm floating front rotor and matching 11.5" floating rear. Also ordered the 4 piston rear caliper which uses the same pads as the wilwood (hopefully it fits). It seems to be a knockoff of the performance machine caliper that is no longer available. I'm also going to install a front brake light switch while I'm at it so I don't always need to drag the rear brake when I stop.
Sounds like you've already got it all handled, but FWIW, Arlen Ness has
some 14" rotors and caliper relocation brackets that would work.
Here's a picture of cvaria's sporty with the AN rotors and the HD-Brembo
Touring calipers...
Pretty sweey setup. I've always been a fan of that bike. I'm not sure they make that setup anymore for the Sportsters. I have seen the eBay knock off's though.

Granted I have not looked recently either, but if I remember correctly,
he actually used Dyna parts...
Finally got all the parts together to do the new 320mm front rotor, 4 piston rear caliper, and 48 tooth sprocket. Going to swap out my SS rear brake line for a black SS line to match the front while I'm at it. Also going to add a sprocket lock so I don't have to red loctite the sprocket bolts in order to make sprocket changes a little easier. Got a few other odds and ends to replace while I have all that apart.

Finally had the chance to really look at this rear brake. It's pretty sweet. It's nice to see an option out there for a nice rear brake for the rigid mount sportsters. When my orginal rear brake started leaking I looked for aftermarket options and there were none. Performance machine had stopped making theirs. This looks to be a copy of the PM mount with a different caliper. The caliper is really nice. Says made in the U.S.A. Hopefully it fits.

...snip...
That does look nice! Did that also come from TC Bros ? I quickly glanced at their Sportster webpages
but I did not see this same bracket/caliper listed.
It's from Custom Chrome USA. I bought it from their Ebay store. It's not on their website, so I am guessing it is old stock they are selling off. The labels on the packaging looked pretty aged.
