New to Softail
Hello and Happy New Year
Just saying Hello I am new to the Softail over the weekend picked up a 2008 Heritage Classic Blue/Black in stock condition with low miles from a great member that is moving to a larger touring HD. This model was selected partially based on great information obtained searching this forum. Great to be part of this group I have a lot to learn.
We live in Naples FL but this bike will primarily be used in Southern Indiana so it will be a few months before we can enjoy it. It is cleaned up and ready for spring now on the tender in the garage with stabil, and fresh fluid change
Cant wait for spring.

I have the exact same bike - - without the foot pegs on the bars.
Added a luggage rack, SE slip on mufflers (not much change in sound)
You are going to love it.
I have taken several 1000 mile road trips - very comfortable.
