Default Help! My 2010 FLSTC won't start!

I filled the tank with gas, some of it spilled. Bike started, got going and as I was pulling out of the gas station the engine stalled. Tried to start it again but it wouldn't. My first thought was, and is, that perhaps some of the gas got on an electrical contact on the throttle bodies and once it dried/ evaporated the bike would start again. Left the bike at the gas station, tried again in the morning, still won't start.

Checked for spark at the plugs, got a healthy shock through a screwdriver.

Perhaps it is a fueling problem? I got a call from HD regarding an issue with some 2010 FLSTC and the fuel tank petcock. Any suggestions where to look will be appreciated.

Did you trip your handlebar kill switch when pulled out, how cold was it, water in gas froze?
