Default highway peg and engine guard

Hi,
I need some help please. I am 6'2" and have a 2014 Fat Boy. I bought the two piece HD moustache bars with pegs. They sit too close to the bike and I ride with my knees too high. I was looking at the Lindby Twin bar mfg 120-1 to replacement. Does anyone have this bar and how do you like it? Where is your knee position?
Also, if you know of a better option to allow me to stretch out, what is it?
thanks

I don't have a fat boy, but on my Deluxe I have a standard engine guard. I mounted my highway pegs low, so that when my feet are on the floorboards, I can rest the front of my foot on the pegs, or stretch your legs out and rest your heels on the pegs. It is very comfortable.

Kuryakyn Cruise Arm Mark III. I'm 6 foot and have them on my 2010 FB. Very comfortable.

I have mine set up just like Jtarter's. Plenty of options with the standard engine guard.

I'm 6'1" and have the Nostalgic HD bars and I will be doing the same setup as Jtarter's as well...... whenever my pegs get here.

When you get comfortable with your scoot, you won't need the crash bars. End of subject.

aha....crash bars and pegs expensive way to go. Lots of other avenues out there if you don't need them. I will say if you are building a bagger those bars come in handy if you ever drop it.

What do you have for Highway bar covers or as others have called them "chaps"

The only ones I can find are from HD. They look pretty cheesy.

I have the standard HD Highway bars and do not want to put the pegs and extensions on until I find covers.
