Default Passing lamp turn signals

I have 2000 fatboy. Anyone every changed these "lolly pop" turn signals to something else. Biggest issue is that there's a nut on the bottom side of the passing lamp. All the turn signals I see have a stud on them. Not sure how to attach the new ones

Use a stud, and some nuts to mount deuce bullet style turn signals on the forks. Cut the stud on the passing lights and use a nut to secure it to the bar.

Changed mine to HDs bullit style. Didn't have to mess with that nut or the adjustment. The two allen screws were all that I removed.
