Default Just bought a softail custom.

Just bought a 1991 softail custom from my old man.

He's owned it since 1996.
He personally rebuild the motor, put in a 6 speed transmission, chromed a lot of stuff.

Bike dynos at 120 hp and 104 foot pounds of torque

I bought the bike from him for the sentimental value. I remember him giving me a ride on it when I was 5 years old. I remember crying till he would but the sissy bar on.

Pictures to come once photobucket is working again.

That paint looks interesting. Good luck with it man. Don't ever sell it since you got it from your old man.

Good luck with it. Would love to see more pics.

Congrats. You can change a few things to make it your own. But like it was said earlier don't ever get rid of it. You will see later.

I will have to get a better video of it. I went riding with a buddy of mine and he says it sounds like a dragster going down the road. It better at 15mpg.

Been cleaning chrome this morning. This bike has not been cleaned in 8 years.
