What year bike?
I ran the XiED's on a '13 Slim for about a year.
They just plug "inline" between the connectors for your O2 sensors.
(Unplug the sensor, and add this device in between the connectors)
They are also color-coded to match your plug colors between the front and rear cylinders - one grey, the other black).
On my Slim, the connector for the rear cylinder was under the seat.
The connector for the front cylinder was tucked behind the voltage regulator (front of frame at the bottom)
If you're not sure, just feel around the back of your pipes, about a foot or so down from the manifold and follow those wires to their connectors.
