Will an exhaust header/ muffler designed for an 2006 and earlier Softail fit a late model 2013-'15 Softail?

I know it will need to have O2 sensor bungs welded in, but are there any changes at the cylinder head, etc? Different gaskets?

I put the last year of the 96TCb Nighttrain with the large bungs (I plugged with SS plugs off Ebay) on my 2004 88TCb Deuce and they bolted right up.
