I have a 2006 Deuce,v/h 2 into 1 exhaust,se air filter,v/h fuelpak (harley dealer pushed it).
Set it to specs, contacted v/h a few times, still have a hessitation going down the road and popping on deceleration.I've been told I can't get it dynotuned with the fuelpak.
Anything I can do to make my baby run rite?

I'm guessing it's the original Fuelpak, not the FP3. Get on the V&H website and find the right map, then put it in. If the dealer installed it maybe it wasn't set up right, so start over.
Some bikes work better with the Fuelpak than others, can't explain why. You probably have to get a real tuner. The bike will also run a lot better. I had to get rid of my Fuelpak for the same reasons you're having and got a ThunderMax tuner. Doesn't need to get dynoed. There are other tuners out there that don't need a dyno. The Power Vision is used by a lot of riders who seem to be happy with it. There's plenty of posts here about tuners, so do a little research.

Welcome to the forum.

My 09 Heritage runs great on the FP1.
I agree with Nevil; check the map settings.

Dynojet has some good help vids on YouTube.... I'm sure you could apply some of their tips to your V&H.....

I got thundermax..
Plug in your motor specs as best as you know..
Try the map that comes up for specs.
Ride some..hook up TM to laptop, and data to customer support..
Very very shortly, they will send you a modded map..
If you have special concerns, like decell pops that didn't go away, they will tell you how to
Focus the TM learning to get rid of it..
These folks are pretty good.

Been yourself and customer support, you can tune exactly for your needs
