Default Hard Saddle bags guards

I'm going put a set hard saddle bag on my 2012 Fatboy.
I would like to install a set of rear guards also.
I can't find a set to work from HD
Is there another type of Harley that will fit it.

Thanks for your help

I have the rear bag guards on my Heritage. I doubt that they would work, but it would be a good start for you to modify and make ones that will work for your application.

You got pax floorboards or pegs? Supposedly, floorboards won't work

I have floorboards.
I'm going to check on a set for a Heritage.
The rear swing arm show to be the same.

Mini Floorboards. They use the peg mounts.

I know my Heritage springer bag guards would not work, they cover part of the bag and I"m sure the hard bags wouldn't fit in there.

Have you measured up a Road King's bag guards like in my pic? I don't have the bike anymore or I'd have been happy to measure for you. Maybe you can eyeball one at a bike meet up?

Also, have you looked at the Dyna Switchblade? It has smaller bags, perhaps that model has a guard that would work?

I have look at a few bike a ride. But have not done any measurement yet.
I think the one off a Heritage will work if I can look a set on one.
Thanks for the info.

I hope so. I liked the bag guards that went around my Road King bags, I think they added a nice touch. And, one time when the kickstand wasn't all the way down, they took the hit and thus I didn't scratch my bags up so they have a practical purpose too.
