LOL...Money man!! But really I think that piecing parts from other years of Harleys sometimes makes a cool bike you can look at and go that's how it should have came out of the factory. I know that some guys won't like the change but that's what this is all about right? My only concern is when I pull up to a place where their are hundreds of bikes and go wow I see 100 bike fatboys where's mine? LOL..I have bought and put thousands of dollars in my bikes, but I like this one because I can swap tanks, fenders in about an hour which makes me "think" I have a new bike every year!! I was going to paint the rear fatboy fender I have black but I'm thinking of doing a sick paint job on the spare tins I have. I can't make up my mind (as usual) but now I'm leaning towards a nascar inspired paint job, no idea why because I don't even watch it but I like their paint jobs!!

Still have a few changes coming..but this is a good start. Still planning on going to the fatboy fender in the back but this will do for now. Also have bags and a new air cleaner coming. Always something!!!

They are akront 21x3.5 in the front 18x5.5 in the rear 40 spoke they are one offs by black bike, if you look close they have the outside drilled to make it look like the button heads on the stock fatboy wheels

Oh yeah. Nice touch!
So they're stock black line wheels.
Probably not a direct bolt on the Slim then since the BL forks are different. But then again you aren't using those on your bike.
Hope you don't mind me asking...
How much did you lower the front and how did you lower the back end? This has been something I've been persuing, yet never really asked for an in depth review. Especially if it handles any better or same on e all the work's been done.
Thanks!

DynaJ I'm liking the yellow and black, checking out your pics makes me want to go take something apart. To see how it would end up.

Like Island Dude said, the black and yellow give it a killer look that sets it apart from the crowd for sure. I dig it man.
