I have 2 Fatboy's and ride then flat out most of the time. If I'm riding with my mad mate we hit our limiters 4 times on our way to 5th gear.
The way I see it, this is what these engines were designed to do.
If it doesn't blow it sucks.

Just over 60,000 miles on my EVo, and I ride it like I stole it! No smoke, no oil....(Just as punishment for writing this it will probably blow up tomorrow)
