How tall and wide can I go using factory 2008 heritage wiring and cables?

 

Going taller and/or wider requires lengthening your cables and wires to match

 

I don't think there is enough there from the factory to do anything with the bars. That said, the wiring and cable changes are pretty easy as long as you have some mechanical ability.

 

The bars I'm looking at are roughly the same overall height, but 4" wider with different grip angles.
If I don't have to buy new cables that would be awesome.

 

Need to measure the length of the bars from center to grip vs comparing ht and width. Some cables like clutch have some extra play while throttle/idle and switches usually only have one or two inches.
