does a revtec 100 in use same oil filter as harley engines?

If the on the bike oil filter can not be identified then you might wish to consider contacting Revtech or their dealer.
A twin cam filter would be restrictive in an EVO motor and could present harm to the motor.
While a twin cam filter will fit an evo unit it should not be used in an EVO motor.
Transmission and motor oil capacity should not present a challenge if they have a dip stick.
If it has a Baker transmission then contact Baker.
I would second the suggestion of contacting the owner of the bike.
Some owners are rather selective of their oil and filter choice.
