Default Changing Slim up. (slowly) Need some input

I have a 2015 Slim. And I have made a few changes already. Plenty of powder coat. Only thing left to PC is the rocker boxes and that will get done this winter. I already have the Klockwerks fenders for a Slim ordered. We (girlfriend and I) found a bike we really like. So one other change will be dual exhaust. I was thinking either Vance and Hines or Cobra duals.

So here are my questions on duals. I have seen some comments on about watching out for your leg. Is it really that bad? It is a small concern. And I know you should ceramic coat exhaust but has anyone used powder coat? I like the look of the gloss.

Obviously I will loose the use of my swing arm bad with duals. Does anyone know of a detachable saddle bag that would work?

For some reason my pics are sideways. I will post a couple of my Slim. A green Slim from the Klockwerks website that has the longer fenders. And the last pic will be the bike that is giving my ideas.

Thanks
Any input would be great.

I knew I forgot something. I have a axle mount plate holder. So I was wondering if there was some saddle bag that would work with this holder.

That last bike is killer! Can't help you with info on bags but I am also interested in who makes the seat.

I have no idea who makes the seat. I just happen to find that pic on the web.

Everything I've read says PC won't stand up to exhaust temperatures.

High heat PC is lumpy and dull black. It will also discolor if there are any hot spots in the exhaust, places like bends and merge collectors. You may look into ceramic coatings if you want black.
