The breakout Canadian model comes with ugly license bracket with ugly break, run and license plate light. The rear turn signal has turn and run light. It doesn't come with break function as US model.
I decided to remove the rear license bracket with the light and replace it with another type of license bracket. The new license bracket comes with only white license light. I am still missing the running light and the brake light.
I found LED under the finder light from custom dynamic which has 3 functions, Brake, run and turn signal. This light in the US model it can be wired to each side of the 3 wires for each signal light. so the 3 functions will work.
in my situation, I cannot do that because the rear turn signal doesn't have the break function.
Does anybody know how to add the break function to the rear turn signal? and if I added , is it possible to wire the LED under the fender light to these 3 wires in each side and have the LED full function.

 

Google Chop Z. It's an Australian company specialising in Breakout rear number plates and turn signal. They also do an under perch front indicator set up. I've got this gear on my Breakout and it's good stuff. I have no link to this company.

 

Suggest getting a service manual with the wiring diagram. I installed the same LED light on me Rocker fender. I bet it's same wiring as the Rocker as same bike with different gas & oil tanks.

 

This started out as Canadian Breakout, yup, ugly **** rear end, wasn't difficult wiring in the new tail section light(an excellent mechanic at the local HD shop did it quite well), the replacement digital speedo was another story.
