This is a VERY broad subject. There are so many choices from the HD Stage 1 re-map, to all together different ECM's. You need to consider how many performance options you are going to add in the future and then pick a product that will be versitle enough to accommodate the changes. The HD Stage 1 is the easiest and cheapist. It is also very limited in what you can do with it. The Power Commander and the HD Race Tuner are two of the most versatile and will accommodate many changes. The best way to achieve maximum power from these is by Dyno-Tuning your bike. That can be costly. Then there are replacemant ECM's. Since I have no direct experience with those I will let someone else tell about them.

I'm not a performance guy when it comes to the Deuce. So these will most likely be the only performance upgrades.
