Default Evo heritage gas tank lower dash panel bolt?

Hey guys, I have a 1994 heritage softail and I am replacing the old lower panel on the dash console that tucks under the speedo console and ends in front of the seat.

I bought a replacement chrome piece on ebay with the black rubber mat on the back. It lines up fine at the top with the speedo housing but there doesn't appear to be any kind of nut or bolt that came with the kit that goes through the hole at the bottom to properly secure it. Does anyone know if there is a replacement item I can look up?

Thanks
