I own a 2014 deluxe and had arnott air ride installed in Daytona during bike week and have had nothing but problems with it . first off after the install on my way back the hotel my bike wasn't charging. Turns out a plug in the egulator wasn't in all the way and locked. That's ok easy fix. Next I noticed when putting my bike on the trailer head home that the front fender rear trim east extremely close to my regulator. I called arnott and they said it won't hit it. Wrong! It hit it and cracked the fender trim. So yesterday while at rolling thunder I lost all the air in my suspension. The bolt that holds the airshock to the swing arm broke off in the swing arm and tore the bushing and aluminum up on the air shock. After 3 hours of labor to pull my swing arm off and removing the broken bolt I was thinking and getting pissed!! I spent 1500 for this system and have nothing but trouble. I can't wait until Tuesday to get them on the phone and see what they are gonna do to make it rite. If you have an flstn and are considering air ride beware of the arnott system! Has anyone else had any issues?

So far arnott is sending me a new air shock and paying for whatever parts and labor. Hopefully the do brother.

 

Sounds like a standup company. They stepped up before you had a chance to contact them.
