I noticed the other day, the 2 bolts in my rear support bracket to the Cobra dragster pipes had fallen out somewhere. The other pipe the bolts was rusty so I was not gonna try to remove them to match for new bolts unless I had to. I called Cobra, sent em a pic per their request, and asked what size bolt and thread pattern they was so I could go get new ones.

They called back and said no worries, 4 new ones on the way to my house no cost. These pipes came on my Heritage when I bought it and never thought of asking them to send more free since I had not bought the pipes. I know it's a small thing, but that said a lot to me about their customer service.

 

It might only be 4 bolts but it saved you from running around trying to match them up. Nice to hear of companies when they go out of their way to help someone even when they didn't buy their product to begin with.
