Default Samson Ground Pounders

I just picked up a FXSTS and after some research it appears the bike has Samson Ground Pounders on it. It doesn't sound like there are any sort of baffles in them and they are about as loud as straight pipes. Wanting to quiet the bike down and was wondering if there are any available baffles for this exhaust. It has the turn downs at the end (which scrape the ground turning by the way). Cutting off the turndowns and putting some baffles in is not out of the question either.

Here is pic of exhaust.

If Samson doesn't have anything, DKCustoms Thunder Torque Inserts are a great option.

That may be the ticket. I will have to give them a call. Was hoping to be able to use some sort of screened baffle with packing. Volume needs to come down significantly. It's a neighbor hater right now.

I like the looks of those pipes, and the bike....

but you may have to cut off the turn downs, to fit a good baffle in there...

Call Sampson, they have over a dozen baffles of various sizes and shapes... They should know what would fit...

Enjoy the new bike....!!!

Thanks. Will give them a shot tomorrow. I like the looks but corner clearance is non existent. I can hit them leaving my driveway.
