Default 23" front and 18 rear!

Whats up everyone? been a long time since i have been on but am finally getting a 2012 deluxe that is custom painted and all that. i know its been covered but i know poeple have done it my question is i want to fit a 23" wheel and tire up front but cant really get a new fender because wont be able to match the paint. i know people have done it with spacers and a 2" drop kit for the front. where do i get the spacers to lift the fender? also what is a good lowering kit for the front? i am wanting to put a 18 matching wheel in rear and wondering what is the best size for that ? thanks everyone

Even if you could find what would be needed to lift the fender, it still may not work. The diameter of the wheel is 23 inches and the diameter of your fender may only be 18? My Train has custom paint with green flames and I chose to use a matching black/flake ft fender thinking that flames on the front would just be too much. BTW, I can not stand the stock fenders that they have put on almost every HD for the past 30 years. I bought one for my 21 inch wheel and scalloped the ft and back of it.
