I maybe the only person on the planet that doesn't like grey or a springer..
But
* How about a chrome package on the Heritage
* How about a convertible package (buco bags and screen) on a Deluxe
* 5 gal tank option on the small tank models
Other than that (opts 1 and 2 are just throwing it out there), I think the only thing is really the 5gal option...

Maybe some early 50's style hard bags for the Heritage (see my sig. picture for an example). Leather bags are too much effort to maintain. I ran leather bags on my bike for 18 years, and taking care of them gets old after a while.
