Default Might be a stupid question

Can you powder coat your fork tubes? My first two obvious concerns would be the wear where the seals ride and then fitment between the fork tub and tree with the powder coat. May have answered my own question, but whats yall thoughts on this?

I don't believe so but you can nitride or even electroplate them in many colors.

The inner tubes no. They will become to thick plus the surface won't be smooth enough.

Sure you can powder coat your fork tubes … if you want to make a lamp out if them, cause if you do they won't be any good for a bike

I would think you can powdercoat the bottom portion.

Not powdercoating per se... You'd have to do something like a DLC (diamond like carbon) coating.
Here's a what the DLC process looks like on my other 'off brand' bike:

Aren't the fork tubes on the '18 heritage painted/powdercoated?

Good question. The above application was done by the Ducati factory (probably sub'd out).
I haven't found a "consumer" oriented company that wants to deal with small quantities.

No, not that I've seen. The cowbells & sliders match (typically black). But thats what anyone can do.
Underneath is still chrome (or whatever). Here's a pic of my Slim (powdercoated):
