Default Tail light question

2007 heritage taillight was just curious where this plug in goes? Everything seems to be plugged in, having issues with the blinkers staying on but not blinking just wanted to see if this could be the issue instead of the module.

I'll take a shot … could it be for the fender tip light?

could be an aftermarket harness. possibly for additional lights. The original wiring diagram shows 3 wires for the taillight. black, red/orange stripe and beige. It looks like from the picture, there is an additional wht and blk wire. The other wiring- BLK/BLK is fender tip, Violet/BLK are turn signals.

Ok thanks for the help guys, I’m gonna have to assume the module is bad. Ended up swapped both rear turn signals out for some used ones off eBay, they both light up just don’t blink. Thought it was odd that the old turn signals worked fine and these don’t. Everything I come up when I search is the module though
