About the maximum you can go without getting new lines or wire extensions is 6.5".
I have the 5.5" Drag Specialties pull back risers on mine, and I only had to re-route the clutch cable outside the fork stem area. One of my favorite changes I've made so far, made it much more comfortable on my shoulders and upper back, put the bars in a very comfortable position for me. I believe Durham has the same risers but added 1" spacers, which I would consider down the line just to try it.
Easy swap, took me about 40 minutes with a beer break during.

Yep, stock bars. I may have turned them up just a hair as well, you have a bit of adjustability before you clamp them down tightly. Mine haven't moved at all in the 4k miles they've been installed.
