Default 21x3.5 for a 1994 flstc

Just picked up a 94 heritage. I must be old because i cant believe how much less evo stuff is out there to buy since my last chopper build. Wanting to run a 21x3.5 on the front. I have a 21x2.15 80 twisted spoke from a previous build i put on but it looks dumb in that wide fender. My question is can i run a 2000 up wheel on it and line up rotor and use the mechanical speedo drive? What mods would be required besides bearings and spacers? Do the rotor bolt holes differ? Mostly concerned about the wheel being centered and the rotor lining up.
