Does the bike need to be running (or moving) in order for the "flash" Hi Beam feature to work? Or will should it function with just the key in the on position?
I don’t have the softail but would assume the control is the same across the board. Mine works with just the key turned to the on position. It’s how I do my pre ride checks.
