Default 2000 Night Train

So my buddy asked me to look at his bike. 2000 Night Train. We was having trouble getting it started, put a new battery in it and now he has no lights or anything. He’s anything but a mechanic and I’m surprised he got the battery put in, but apparently it’s either put in wrong, or loose, or fuse has gone. So he asked me to take a look at it and while I’m well-versed on touring bikes, it’s been a while since I worked on a softail. so as far as the fuse box location are there one or two on this bike. I had read that there might be one by the battery under the seat and also by the left side cover. So who can give me the scoop on where I’m gonna find this thing at. Thanks in advance

2003 deuce has fuse box under seat behind battery.Main fuse disconnect is behind fuse box on inside of back fender. There is a detachable panel on inside of back fender, two bolts on bottom and lip on top with tab.Hope that helps!
