100 mph is all mylife preservation switchallows me to reach. Have to see it once on my bikes and then thats good enough for me. The Sportster has been there but was pretty well maxed out - and so was my neck muscle cause it took a while to get there. Also did it on a test ride of the FXSTC and that still had some more to go.

had it over an indicated 105 when I shut down because I don't really trust that quick detach shield at that speed....BTW I'm not trying to **** on anyones parade butaccording to the construction area radar speed poster, my speedo is kinda optimistic...my indicated 60 only registered 57 so it prolly gets a bit farther off the faster you go...most car speedos are not very accurate at the higher speeds ( according to the car rags anyway).. One motorcycle test I sawof a stock88 cubedeuce had it clocked at 117 max. Not bad.

My speedo is pretty much dead accurate. According to my GPS, at 75 mph, it's dead-on.

Cheers!
