Default Cooling Fan on a Softail

Need your thoughts on the Lenale cooling Fan I saw one on a Springer today. Is anyone here using these? Most importantly do they significantly cool the engine down? Inquiry minds would like to know.

I see one in the catalog for touring bikes PN 91550-00c (chrome, comes in black too) but I
haven't found a PN for Softails yet. About $380 msrp.

That looks like it would be a pretty cool idea. However, it looks like it replaces the horn. Don't think I'd want to do that. If there was a horn relocation kit, I might would think about adding that fan to my bike at some point.

It says the horn is built in.

FREE SHIPPING IN LOWER 48 STATES.
Fits ALL Harley Models 93+Touring, Softail, Dyna, Sportsters and all Thunder Mountain bikes.

Brand new model with built in horn Harley-Davidson V-Twin air-cooled motors are notorious for overheating in stop and go traffic. Until now the only alternative was bolting on Harley-Davidson’s parade fan. Their fan is functional – but does not look that great on your bike, and only fits limited models. Hundreds tested and proven at Daytona Bike week.

LeNale Engineering has a simple solution that fixes that problem - a compact stylish fan that fits all models, and is effective at keeping the motor cool in hot driving conditions. An integrated manual switch, reachable from the drivers position, eliminates complicated wiring; just a hot wire and a ground wire connection. Simple installation, only two bolts to remove the horn and replace with fan. Low current use will not drain your battery at idle.
The design incorporates the latest technology high-velocity patented turbo fans used for cooling military mobile equipment in extreme heat environments. These special built fans are four times more efficient than a conventional cooling fan of the same size and produce over 180 CFM of airflow at 120 MPH velocity. In comparison, this is about ½ the power of your average leaf blower. Simple installation and 2 wire hookup in 15 minutes!
The fan is very effective at keeping your engine cool in stop and go driving or extreme hot weather driving conditions. It also helps prevent the fuel injector shutdown common on late model twin cam engines. Just turn the fan on when you need it or before you get into a heat situation to prevent overheating. Testing has proved it is as effective as the factory Harley fan.

Unless I'm blind and/or stupid, which is a good possibility , I don't see where it says the horn is built in. I only see where it says there are two bolts to remove the horn and replace it with the fan.

OK, I could be reading this wrong, I thought there should've been a period at the end of this sentence,
Brand new model with built in horn
My thinking is that Harleys don't have brand new models w/'built in horns', especially since he says 93 and up.
