Default Soft Lowers/ Splash Guards Heritage

I just bought a set of Soft Lowers/Splash Guards for my 2008 Heritage.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Leaving on a 6200 mile trip and want to keep rain and road spray from getting me soaked without having to put on a rainsuit every little shower.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I ordered them thru dealer from HD's P&amp\\;\\\\\\;A Catalog.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Opened them and first thing I saw was made in China, second I saw on an attached tag, do not use in temps above 55 degrees Fahrenheit or engine damage could occur because of less air flow&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;over engine.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; HD's catalog descript did not mention this caution.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I find it difficult to think too many guys purpously go out and ride in the rain&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;at or below 55 Degree temps.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; The Lower Farings that were&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;on my 05 Ultra also restricted air flow by about the same amount.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
It could be a Chinese misprint or else&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;it should be stated in HD's catalog.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; These fit over the Engine Guards&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;of most Softails.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Has anyone else&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;used them, if so&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;did engine or engine oil temp increase?????&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Replies appreciated.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;

No replies so forget it, I took the damn things back for a refund right after the sales guy told me over the phone that Harley recomends taking the Lower Farings on the Ultras off during the summer.&nbsp\\; I guess he thought I just fell off a Turnip Truck.
