You have a alignment problem or a rim that is not true.

You should not have a shake at high speed.

You would probably get a better reply with more info, like model of bike, spokes or cast wheels etc.

Have you taken the opportunity to have your front tire or rim checked for any defects that might have happened to it at one time? That would be a good place to start. As for windshields, I don't use them, sorry.

I have an example. I bought a 2006 Night Train, rode it about 500 miles and took it back because the front end would vibrate over 50 MPH. They said there was nothing wrong they all vibrate. I thought ok I don't know what I'm talking about. Ordered a new mag type front wheel for looks and after it was installed the vibration completely disappeared. I don't think I was wrong in the first place do you?

Hey my friend had a Road King that the mag wheel that had a small hair line crack and he was loosing air and it shook at speeds. I would have it checked out if it was my bike. like they said before your bike should not shake at speeds.

Like others have stated, not enough info.

I had an 04 FXST that would dance a bit when ever I got it over 75, but that was due to the light weight front end in my opinion.

My 03 Heritage will run all day at 85 with nary a wobble.
