Reverend is right, depending on where you live: a leaking gas tank in my state would fall under the lemon law if they could not repair it within 60 days
so a refund would be offered minus 35cents a mile for use. good luck!

At six weeks I wrote H-D customer service about the tank and a couple of other issues I had with the bike...

I got a call from them like they were all concerned and said they would check it out...

About a week and a half later I get a letter with a reference number... they said if I was still was not satisfied to call them... What the ***** changed?... The dealer hadn't called me I hadn't got the gas tank... what makes her think everything is ok...

So much for corporate help... they are as much of the problem as the dealers...

They give you the run around I guess so you will get flustrated and give up...
