I can do $100.00 even-shipped for forum members, (Ebay pricing $99.95 + $9.95 Shipping.)
Any thoughts about a rear one to match?

I have a question. What size tire is he using on the 21" wheel to slot it 5/16"? I'm running a 90/90-21 and before I slot my fender I want to make sure that I need the same amount in mine. Thanks for the help and that is a badass axle that really cleans up the whole look!

This is a 90/90 Dunlop Elite3, Speaking with a fellow forum member he went with 1" fender extensions to match the stock clearance and his Avon 90/90. This got me to thinking. Isn't the Deuce uing the same fender bolt pattern? It runs a 21" stock.

It is possible. The rears use a different look/style cap which I wouldn't exactly call flush. If I can get this bike back here after Daytona I'll measure it up and see what can be done, I'm curious now.

Did you have to replace any of the cabling for the drag bars? I assume these are the Street Slammer ones?

No I did not. Everything fit fine. As for the style of bars, I can't say.
