Should fit no problem. I believe the only softail seats that do not fit other softail models are the rockers and the custom (sissybar needed) I could be way off though I have never tried.
i took a seat from a 2007 heritage classic and put it on my 07 deluxe and it fit perfectly. Im sure the reverse would be the same. but i gotta say the heritage seat is way more comfy.
That's worth noting. I really like the look of the Deluxe seat with the bar, but if it is not as comfortable, I am a lot less interested. Was thinking if I could find one cheap enough and send it off to Mean City Seats, I might get the best of both worlds.
