For anyone interested here's a pic of my bike with the bags off compliments of the EZ Bracket system. I'm quite happy!

Glad you like them. I love mine. I can go from a bagger to a street bike in seconds.

Have had them on my Fatboy for over a year...

Work like a champ every day. Only thing I did was adjust the number of washers on the bottom bolts to get the bags to hang the way I liked.

One thing I noticed was the instructions said you could only use one of the existing holes on the top of the bags, I used both of the top holes on both bags & used (2) shims as instructed. On the left bag it required (8) washers at one of the lower locations & I believe (5) on the other lower. I ultimately ended up going with 2" ss bolts.
They turned out great & I love em!

I've got a set of heritage bags off of a 09 and im wondering where can I get these longer bolts from? and or can I get them at home depot or some where local? also did easy brackets send you enough bolts or did you have to aquire more bolts as well ?

Where can I get the bolts from? anywhere local like home depot? Did they send you enough of the shims ? (what is a shim anyway = washer?) Did you have to drill any extra holes on the bag?

I got my bolts from a local bolt vendor in the Seattle area called "Tacoma Screw". I opted for 2" stainless steel bolts which worked perfect. I also purchased 12+ washers as shims. Don't recall the exact number of washers installed but shimmed until they were even....

Looks great. Now all you need is this. Just thought I'd spend some more of your money.
