jesus! just cause a guy gives an opinion to a guy asking for an opinion, doesnt mean you have to jump down the guys throat for giving an opinion that differs from your own.
i'm sure Crazy is a very good HD tech and i'm sure he has helped a lot of people on here. but that doesnt mean that other people cant have opinions as well. and we all know there are some nugs out there working on our bikes at the dealerships, and it is possible they could have messed something up.
i agree that he should check and make sure his rotor is not warped and get the bike back to the shop to have them fix whatever they MAY have messed up.

When I was wrenchin on Harley's we always did a test ride after any job especially something like a tire change that could adversely affect safety if we missed or screwed something up. Sounds like it wasn't done in this case.

first there is no adjustment on the rear pads
I never touch the belt adjustment just take off the lower belt guard and let the wheel straight down.. reatr spacers are the same size so off setting the wheel should not be the problem.. all thing considered I don't know so will shut up for now

sitting at the dealer now. There was no check ride last night after the new wheel was put on. I was the last one out so I am thinking it was rushed. After riding to work i noticed the break or something squelling without the breaks being applied. The dealership said they dont know what caused it. The disc was warpped 4000 of an inch, specs are up to 6000. They did replace the disc and lubed the rest of the system. Will see if it is fixed. Again thanks for the help and sorry to cause a heated discussion.

Update on my update. As I left the dealership the squell came back. I went back and they took it back out. When the tech came back the new disc was smoked. It had turned yellow from the heat. That was their last disc so they put one on order. They did put new pads on the bike and told me if there was a new Deluxe sitting or if parts had a new caliper then he would of replaced the entire system. On the way home the squell stopped.

I will say this, the service manager went out of his way to fix it. The parts guys, sales, and owner all suck but the service manager did me right.

Absolute BS with this dealer. Any moron can tell there will be a problem without even riding the bike. Push peddal and see if the pads release pressure. Duh. Let's let the owner of the bike trash another rotor. This is the very reason I avoid Harley service people. That, plus the attitude some have.
